We are looking forward to Intiya’s future contributions in this new role. We are proud to welcome an additional woman of color to lead MPDC’s initiatives to create a more vibrant and healthy Roxbury.”
Intiya Ambrogi-Isaza is deeply committed to affordable housing development and has worked with various non-profits in the Boston area and Western Massachusetts over the last seven years. Most recently, she was a Senior Development Manager at OppCo, where she produced 77 units of senior housing, a healthcare clinic, and six units of homeownership in addition to organizational work with the Real Estate teams of Nuestra Comunidad and The Neighborhood Developers. She also serves on various civic organizations for the City of Boston and the board of Partakers, (a prison education and reentry non-profit). She is also the proud mama of five-month-old Marcelo.
Intiya remarks, “I’m thrilled to be joining Madison Park Development Corporation in its 55th year. There is an incredible legacy of hard work and community activism here, and I look forward to partaking in this work to preserve and expand affordable housing in Roxbury and beyond. It’s an honor to be here.”
