MPDC owns and leases several attractive commercial properties in Roxbury’s emerging Nubian Square neighborhood.
They are located near major transit hubs in areas well-populated with residents, workers, and visitors. Nubian Square is the ideal place to locate your business.
Our commercial properties include:
Historic Hibernian Hall, 184 Dudley Street
After over a decade of sitting vacant, Hibernian Hall underwent a full renovation in 2005. The building now serves as home to MPDC as well as several other businesses and non-profit organizations. Hibernian Hall’s 2,600 square foot ballroom permanently houses our cultural and arts programs and is available for certain rental opportunities.
