Neighborhood Arts, presented by the Celebrity Series of Boston, brings the joy of live performance to people of all ages and abilities, drawing deeply on partnerships with Boston area artists and community organizations to activate neighborhoods with a rich and varied array of opportunities.

This spring, Neighborhood Arts is performing 10 free and low-cost concerts in Boston neighborhoods (Dorchester, Roxbury, Roslindale, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, and the South End). These public concerts deepen existing relationships with community partners, audiences, and Boston-based artists.

“Neighborhood Arts shares the indescribable joy of live performance with Boston neighborhoods, through artist-led workshops, community concerts, and culminating events that feature youth who have participated in residencies with local artists,” says Robin Baker, Associate Director of Community Engagement. “We’re excited to deepen our partnerships with ensembles like Castle of our Skins and form new relationships with the vocal quartet, Women of the World.”
