MPDC’s Health, Equity and Wellness Team presents its annual Health Fair — a free, all-ages community event packed with resources, screenings, and good food. Highlights include free massage therapy, breakfast and lunch, 15+ health education vendors, a Youth Kids Zone, a Men’s Health Breakout Room with special guests and motivational speakers, and on-site health screenings. Featuring a special Cardio Drums Wellness Session with Tariq Phinisten, Mind-Body Fitness Trainer. Kick the day off with a community walk from The Dewitt Center to Hibernian Hall starting at 9:00 AM.
