Real Estate

We have a strong track record of developing affordable and high-quality housing for low- and moderate-income families in and around the Roxbury neighborhood.

We house over 3,000 residents in 1,364 low- and moderate-income rental homes in Roxbury, South End, and Mattapan. Our founding property – Madison Park Village – was started by community residents fighting urban renewal plans and successfully taking back their land to create a vibrant new community.

Our current development plans include affordable and mixed-income housing, commercial and retail space, and historic preservation that contribute to the character and vitality of Nubian Square and Roxbury. Our home is Hibernian Hall, a successful commercial property that houses our arts and culture program. We believe that a diverse economic base is necessary for a vibrant community.

We value partnerships and recognize the benefit of working collaboratively with other organizations. Along with Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) and The Boston Housing Authority (BHA), we are actively involved in the Choice Neighborhoods Initiative.
