Adult & Youth Class Offerings
ADULT CLASSES: Adult drop-in classes are open level (unless otherwise noted) and aimed at any adult 16+ who want to keep their body and mind healthy over the summer months. Classes include yoga, conditioning, and contemporary dance practices.
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM Adult Yoga

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM Adult Conditioning
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM Adult Contemporary Dance Practices (intermediate – professional)
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM Adult Evening Yoga
YOUTH CLASSES: The six-week Youth program is for ages 10-15 and intended to utilize dance and creative practices to continue teaching essential skills of emotional grounding, reading, and writing over the summer. The youth program creates structured summer learning and youth students must attend all six weeks of classes to attain the full experience.
