On October 6th, 2022, BisNow reported that Michelle Wu signed an executive order to expedite the approval process for affordable housing within Boston. The order directed the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) to make significant adjustments to the Article 80 process to establish an “alternative path for affordable housing development review.”
