On October 4th, 2022, Banker and Tradesman reported that HYM Investment Group, My City at Peace Parcel 3, have received word that their proposal for a 700,000 square ft. life science space as part of a development plan for the vacant plot located at Tremont and Whittier streets will be in execution soon. The project includes 45,000 square feet of retail space preference for local, minority-owned businesses; 144 income-restricted condominiums, and 164 affordable apartments.

Banker and Tradesman note that, under the direction of My City at Peace, this project would bring about potential employment opportunities for residents, encourage the presence of startups within the Roxbury neighborhood, and, furthermore, would address concerns about continued redlining in the community.
