Madison Park Development Corporation invites proposals from qualified consultants or consulting teams to guide the development of our 2027–2031 Strategic Plan.

The selected partner will lead an inclusive, data-informed process engaging residents, staff, Board members, and community partners to establish clear priorities, strengthen organizational sustainability, and develop a practical framework for implementation and accountability.

We seek experience in nonprofit strategic planning, community development or affordable housing, and culturally responsive community engagement. Locally based, minority-owned, women-owned, and other diverse firms and consultant teams are encouraged to submit proposals.
