Join MPDC’s Health, Equity, and Wellness Team for Health Fair 2025! This annual event welcomes all ages to enjoy a day of free health-focused activities, wellness resources, and community connection. The day kicks off with a community walk from the Dewitt Center to Hibernian Hall from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Highlights include:

Free massage therapy

Breakfast & lunch

15+ health education vendors

Youth Kids Zone

Men’s Health Breakout Room with special guests and motivational speakers

Health screenings

A special Cardio Drums wellness session with Tariq Pinkston, Mind-Body Fitness Trainer

Free & open to the public
