Madison Park IV won the coveted Housing and Neighborhood Design award from the Boston Society of Architects.  143 new construction two and three bedroom townhouse style apartments.  Madison Park IV is currently undergoing a $50 million dollar rehabilitation, including siding, windows, doors, roofing, and energy improvements to the heating and hot water system.
