Learn strategies to engage the community in discussing abuse (mental, physical, substance), practice methods of relaxation and self-care and take away a portfolio of strategies at this month’s workshop series, Self-Care: Taking Care of Yourself in Order to Take Care of Your Community. All ages welcome. Breakfast and lunch provided. This workshop is designed to benefit MPDC and Roxbury residents.
