SUMMARY:2020 Census: Roxbury Counts Kick-Off Event
DESCRIPTION:The neighborhood of Roxbury saw only a 63% return rate\n(in comparison to 78% from other Boston neighborhoods) during the 2010 Census.\n\nWe want to ensure our community is counted fairly and represented as we understand the impact this will have on various social service programs moving forward. Madison Park Development Corporation is committing resources and working with area partners to mount a strong effort to advocate and engage as we prepare for the upcoming Census in 2020.\n\nJoin us for our Census 2020 kick-off event on Friday\, June 14th from 9 am to 11 am at The Dewitt Center.\n\nWe hope that you will join us as we fight for a fair count of Roxbury!
