MPDC is excited to continue our partnership with Cooking Matters to bring free grocery food tours to our residents. Join us on February 24, 2017 from 11:00am-12:00pm at Tropical Foods Supermarket (450 Melnea Cass Blvd, Roxbury) and learn how to navigate the supermarket and find healthy options and value. Participants also learn how to read food labels and receive tips on sticking to a budget!
For first time participants only. After the tour, you will receive: a $10 gift card to the supermarket, a book of healthy recipes and shopping tips, and a free reusable grocery bag!
