MPDC owns and leases several attractive commercial properties in Roxbury’s emerging Dudley Square neighborhood.
They are located near major transit hubs in areas well-populated with residents, workers, and visitors. Dudley Square is the ideal place to locate your business.
Our commercial properties include:
2201 Washington Street
Locally known as the Woolworth Building, this 48,000 square foot commercial space was completely renovated in 2001. Located in the heart of the Dudley Square shopping district, the building consists of a mix of retail and office space.
207 Dudley Street
207 Dudley Street was newly constructed in 2014. It is conveniently located on Roxbury’s main thoroughfare and features 2,715 square feet of ground floor commercial space in an energy-efficient, mixed-use building.
Historic Hibernian Hall, 184 Dudley Street
After over a decade of sitting vacant, Hibernian Hall underwent a full renovation in 2005. The building now serves as home to MPDC as well as several other businesses and non-profit organizations. Hibernian Hall’s 2,600 square foot ballroom permanently houses our cultural and arts programs and is available for certain rental opportunities.
