In Boston Business Journal: HYM Scores Key Win in Bid to Develop Roxbury Parcel, as Rival Drops Out
On Monday, October 3rd, 2022, My City at Peace for Parcel P3, a team led by The HYM Investment Group, won a key endorsement in its bid to develop a city-owned parcel in Roxbury. According to a Boston Planning and Development Agency official, HYM’s only competitor withdrew from the bid late last week, securing My City at Peace’s spot for the proprietorship of the site.
