We were honored to join Mayor Walsh and partners in the Whittier Choice project at the February 27th groundbreaking ceremony on phase one of a comprehensive redevelopment of the Whittier Street public housing development in Lower Roxbury. The project will rebuild and preserve 200 existing public housing apartment homes, replacing them with an expanded program of 509 units of mixed-income rental housing and 14,255 square feet of commercial space at the original Whittier property and off-site in the Whittier neighborhood.
