Every Thursday, Roxbury Center for Arts is transformed into Cafe Tatant,
an upscale venue for jazz, rhythm-and-blues, and sweet soul music.

Come early for socializing and enjoy fine dining, dancing, and the most evocative talent around. George Huggins of Ethnica Gourmet Catering will provide the meal as the grand ballroom is transformed into a relaxed listening lounge and supper club.

Ethnica Gourmet’s menu on February 3 features Caribbean selections: your choice of Black Bean Coconut Soup or Cod Fish Souse with Crackers, Baked Chicken with Rum Raisin Sauce or vegetarian Pigeon Pea Loaf with Sauce Creole (either entrée served with Eggplant au Gratin and Fried Ripe Plantains), and Mango-Pineapple Pie.
